Please check the contents of your package immediately upon receipt. CLAIMS FOR SHORTAGES, DEFECTS, DAMAGES OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY. If you received damaged, defective or incorrect merchandise we will provide you with a prompt replacement as well as a pre-paid return shipping label. If you are simply not satisfied with the style(s) selected or size(s) of your hats we will gladly provide you with a prompt exchange or refund for the original purchase price of the merchandise within 60 days of delivery. No return authorization is necessary. Simply complete the “Return & Exchange Form” which was included with your order and return it along with the merchandise. Please note that shipping charges are NOT refundable. The Customer is responsible for the shipping charges back to Nethats for returns, and both ways on exchanges. We offer a flat outbound ground shipping rate of $6.50** for exchanges


Exchanges are typically processed and turned around within 24-48 hours of receipt. However, if time is of the essence we recommend placing a new order and returning your original merchandise for a refund. Call 973.244.9100 for assistance.

***PLEASE NOTE. RETURNED MERCHANDISE MUST BE IN ORIGINAL, NEW & UNALTERED CONDITION WITH ALL LABELS AND TAGS ATTACHED AS RECEIVED. Merchandise found to be used or altered as well as merchandise returned with tags or labels removed will be rejected and returned at the customers expense. 


PLEASE SHIP THE MERCHANDISE IN THE ORIGINAL BOX OR A BOX OF AN APPROPRIATE SIZE VIA WHICHEVER SHIPPING METHOD IS MOST CONVENIENT OR COST EFFECTIVE. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.
